Laura is a fantastic hairdresser, the best I’ve been to! When I moved to the area I was looking for someone I could trust and Laura has been my go to ever since. Her cuts and colours are perfect and the keratin treatment is a game changer! My hair is so smooth now and I don’t even need to worry about straightening or styling. Simply dry off and it looks like I’ve had a professional blow wave! Thank you Laura!

I absolutely loved the keratin smoothing treatment. I never thought my hair could go from being so frizzy to no frizz at all. It also added a nice shine to my hair. The company of laura is always a highlight of the trip to the salon too! Highly recommend :)))

Laura was an absolute delight to meet! Found her on Google whilst I was searching keratin treatments in my area and saw that she has a 5 star rating- trust me when I say she deserves 10 stars!! The keratin turned out much better than I expected, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. For someone who has unruly frizzy curls I am so happy with my hair and will be going back to see Laura in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at what she does. And she treated me to the most delicious coffee whilst I was there! If you live in or around Rosanna go see Laura and thank me later xxx

Laura is an amazing and knowledgable hairdresser who did a wonderful job on my hair. I showed Laura a reference pic for a balayage I wanted and she did it 1000 x better!! My hair was layered perfectly and shaped to my face structure. The salon itself is extremely aesthetic, clean and has a very comfortable ambience to it. Super glad to have had my hair done here!! The most amazing Hairdresser! No.1 best Keratin treatment that really works at least 9-12 months for me. I tried elsewhere once to no comparison with Zazen’s treatment. Just 2 days post my latest Keratin treatment, I got stopped by a lady in a car. She wind down her window to tell me how great my hair looked. To my surprise, I hadn’t even had my hair colouring done yet. Such a compliment to me and Zazen’s quality treatment that lasts and lasts!Laura’s hair colouring is superb too. She takes pride in her work to ensure the colour is not good but PERFECT! Again Zazen colouring lasts long and looks great.
