Our family has been coming for a few years now and love it. We can all train together(6 of us) from mum, dad, right down to our 10yr old. There is no judgement and the atmosphere is great.

My son has been going to this centre for 10 years! He loves it so much that I joined too. It's been great for my fitness. It's in a family friendly environment. Experienced instructor. I'd highly recommend coming along.
