Terrible service. I run LPG gas bottles as our residential gas supply. Called early December to say we are almost out of gas, they assured me that they would be refilled by end of December. Come 1st week of January and we have totally run out of gas. Called Origin and they said that to get gas delivered before mid January I would be charged a $100 fee, even though we have a newborn baby. Awful service, and they have no quarms about over promising and under delivering. Would not recommend, and will be changing providers.

High regards high demand, wat is energy, wat is good customer service. We all need a nice hot shower, so if there on time we're happy at the end of the day. household's are run on gas wat can I say!!!

Placed an order on thursday got told order was coming the following thursday keep getting told all that day order was coming got tracking up till 6pm gas still coming then get told out of gas no drlivery until the following thursday we have bern with this company for over 25 years but as age pensioners $196 for a 45 kg bottle is bloody ridiculos time to leave no pension concessions at this price disgusted with origion.
