Excellent, professional service and reasonably priced. John had our water leak (main water pipe) fixed in no time at all. He was courteous and easy to deal with and even offered if there was anything else that needed to be looked at whilst he was there to best make use of his time! Highly recommend. I will be forwarding his details to my friends on theGold Coast.

I highly recommend John from Franklin plumbing and Drainage. We had a badly blocked toilet and phoned after hours- John was out the next day and was able to fix it for us which was a huge relief. Excellent customer service and very professional, he definitely deserves his 5 star Google rating.

John was excellent. I can't talk about him highly enough. We had another plumber trying to fix our tap leak but it was beyond him. We had the task of finding another plumber. I started searching and found John. He was confident and capable. He was able to order the part needed, kept us up-to-date with his progress and fixed our leaking tap today. He was a godsend.
