Devonport Septic Tank Cleaning

I choose this business online and knew nothing about it. Adam came to clean out my Septic tank . His service was fantastic. Quick response, great communication, experienced , professional and cheerful. It wasn’t an easy job, things were challenging with an old system but he remained patient and good humoured. I could not recommend this business more strongly, I’m sure no what matter service he delivers. It will be done to the best of his ability!

Arrived home from Victoria to find both toilets blocked. Rang Devonport Septic Tank Cleaning on Saturday morning and he said he'd come at 2.00. He arrived at 1.15! He soon had the tank uncovered and the heavy concrete covers lifted. It certainly wasn't before time. Adam soon had the tank pump out and cleaned but when we flushed the toilet there was still a blockage. Adam got busy uncovering two more access points and cleaning pipes until he was successful in pumping out the blockage.We were so grateful for his time and efforts and also the assistance of his son, who missed out on mountain biking because of the extra time spent with us.I cannot speak more highly of Adam and his helpful family. A very professional service, above and beyond our expectations and at a reasonable price.

I can't recommend Adam and this service enough! So easy, quick, hassle-free and great value for money. I only contacted him yesterday and he's come out and emptied/cleaned out our septic tank today, completely done and dusted. The lid to the septic tank was not where I thought it was, and Adam found it no problem and dug it out. He's friendly, helpful, answered a heap of questions and the process was a lot less trouble than I'd always thought it would be. I had put off sorting this because I thought it would be a big job, but it was anything but!He's tidied everything up and you'd hardly know he had been there. I'm very grateful and will be contacting him again in years to come. Thanks Adam!

We were having issues with our septic tank (only 2 years old) so we called Adam to arrange a clean out. Said he was in our area and would call if he had time to come up. He called in the afternoon and was here 10 minutes later. Very courteous and helpful. Told us the tank had not been functioning properly from day one and gave us tips on how to fix it. Very quick, clean, quiet and odour free. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Adam came within 2 hours of ringing him and emptied our smelly septic (was long overdue) tank in a highly professional manner. Very prompt and excellent service, can recommend him highly :-)

Prompt service and communication by Adam made dealing with our septic tank and temperamental grey water tank a breeze. Helped us resurrect a grey water pump which was appreciated. Highly recommended and a happy customer . Paid by card :)

Awesome service. I messaged Adam late Friday night about the problem we had and he said he would be at our home 9:30am Saturday morning. 9:20am his truck drove into our driveway and by 9:30am he was hard at it fixing the problem. Extremely good service and advice. We will certainly be getting Adam again and recommend to anyone.

Great service, punctual, nothing a problem. Very pleasant and jolly given it was at the end of a busy day. Only called in the morning and Adam provided same day service for our full septic. Adam came to pump out our spectic as we were uncertain when it was last done due to house purchase. Had to dig out access to the trap and move small water tank. Even helped me use the water from the tank to water the garden beds to reduce waste. Pumping process was handled efficiently and with no mess. Excellent service. Can not recommend Adam high even. He knows his business extremely well and is highly professional and helpful.
