This is an excellent place to get tested for Covid! I was feeling rather unwell and I chose to go here, because I could make an appointment. I wasn't feeling like having to wait for hours in a queue at other testing centres, where you weren't able to make an appointment. Also, as I'm facing major surgery next week, I didn't want to take a further risk of an infection that I might not already have. Even though they were running a little bit behind, as they were obviously very busy, I was able to wait nearby in my car until they were ready for me, when they phoned me. Their social distancing procedures and protection was spot on - they worked really hard at ensuring people were far enough away from each other. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.On the way home, I heard them say on the radio how there were really long queues at other testing clinics in the area. I was so glad that I went there! It was stress free - the worst part being the test itself!

Went there for mum and dad's covid vaccine. Excellent service by the staff and volunteers. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Wow we had our 1st shot last night and what a well run centre with a brilliant team that worked well together with nothing too hard for them to solve. The centre was clean, tidy and I’ll repeat myself again the staff are tops one of the best medical experiences I’ve had, will go for the 2nd shot feeling at ease in this difficult and uncertain time we all face. And on a last but not least note the doctor was also one of the best I didn’t even know she’d given me the shot – she was that good ;-))))

I was fortunate enough to receive my first vaccination 10 days ago, and apart from a bit of a sore arm and slight tiredness have been great. The staff were friendly and professional,Wear a good mask, avoid big gatherings and we will get there. We are all in this together.Updated 24 August, the champs from this clinic again have showed absolute professionalism and empathy, I rocked in 10 days ago for my second inoculation with my cloth mask on,. When you arrive you are checked for ID and your booking and of course given a squirt of sanitiserOld mate (young bloke) asked me to replace the cloth mask with one that they supply for free, as the clinic has no idea of the quality of the cloth masks. Once masked you go into an airlock style area where you are double checked for ID, then you are ushered to the vaccinator. very nice people, after you get your injection you are then guided to the waiting area where you are required to wait for 15 minutes, Everyone respected the safe space rules and a sense of camaraderie ensued.Thank you and I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the last I heard they had vaccinated over 20 thousand people, I am glad that I was one.

Everyone at this Clinic was friendly and efficient. Was in and out within half an hour after receiving my 2nd Astrazeneka shot.

This rating is not for the Clinic or the practitioners, it is just for that one 19 year old girl on reception, it looks like she is not suitable to represent what services the clinic should be providing under current circumstances. She tried to fob me off, without giving me the required information. If you feel so entitled in your job, I can imagine your future.
