Cleaning was fine as per other good reviews, no issue whatsoever so far.The neutral 3-star given is because we experienced an issue during the job unrelated to the carpet cleaning itself. The owner contacted us afterward to apologise - that was all we needed - and also tried their best to make amends.A responsible company in general.

Robert from Butler’s carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our pure cream wool carpet (a stupid decision to buy this colour!) which had been heavily soiled with red wine and heaven knows what else from a party! He also cleaned and conditioned our beautiful cream king leather lounge which looks brand new again. Can’t recommend this company highly enough. So professional in every detail. Worth every dollar!

SUPERB SERVICE! They came on time, were fast and thorough.We just moved into our rental apartment and the carpet was in an appalling condition. Landlord was totally uninterested in doing anything but a light vacuum. Honestly, Butler's Carpet Cleaning came to the rescue and they are amazing! They really paid attention to detail, spraying all the soiled spots. Any stains that could come out, did. Some of the heavily water damaged stains didn't clear up completely but definitely got a bit lighter. Now our carpets are fluffy and smell great. Thanks a bunch to the Butler's team!
