F45 Training Prahran

I highly recommend F45- the trainers & the classes are exceptionally friendly & very welcoming. Excellent vibe as classes are fast moving with loads of encouragement from the whole class.

I signed up to a sweet 2 week trial deal just try a new type of training, did not expect to love it as much as I do! I think the awesome team at Prahran is what makes the experience so good. It’s not just training, it’s coaching and I look forward to it everyday :)

Honestly the best F45 studio I’ve been a member of.I’ve been F45ing for 6 years and over that time been a member at 4 different studios and been to about 30 other studios whist travelling for work.I have to say that this is the absolute best I’ve been a member of by far.There are always positive vibes, great tunes pumping and the trainers have the best energy shout out to Dollie and Nate.Can’t recommend this studio highly enough.I’ve trialled all F45s in the area before making the decision to sign up and by far the stand out.The encourage you to meet the person you’re working out with if you don’t know them and adapt for you when you don’t want to workout with anyone.Honestly in 6 years of F45, Prahran is by far the best!
