Nicole at Sudz Woofer is amazing, we love her! My little pooch can get very anxious.... however Nicoles soft and very gentle approach with Luci made her settle instantly. Both luci and I love our appointments with Sudz Woofer.

Nicole at Sudzwoofer is highly skilled, very personable, responsive to messaging and requests & her grooming ability is exceptional too. Our dog Mac appeared to enjoy his experience at Sudzwoofer, his groom was perfect & his tartan tie as an addition was such a lovely consideration too. Nicole is wonderful with my 2 pooches. This is the first groomer where they don’t shake when we first arrive! She always does a fantastic job and makes them look and smell amazing!

I still can't quite believe our ridiculously good luck in learning about this wonderful human being from a friend who is as particular about her dogs as I am about mine. While we've had some very good groomers in the past, I have never liked dropping my dogs at a grooming salon, where they have inevitably picked up kennel cough, infections, and even (once) fleas from other dogs. I have also worried about our nervous ones being distressed by the incessant barking of other dogs on the premises. Nicole's one dog at a time" approach has been a welcome change

The days when Toby has been to the groomers are my favourite! Nicole from Sudzwoofer is an absolute gem and I’m so grateful that we found her. Even before getting my Cavoodle puppy, I’d heard terrible stories of dogs who are so traumatised by negative grooming experiences that they have to be taken to the vet and sedated just to receive a regular groom! Nicole’s policy of only taking one dog at a time ensures a calm and relaxed atmosphere. And her famous ‘puppy groom’ system, which allows you to book your puppy in for 8 weeks of successive treatments, ensures your new fur baby will be gently and carefully introduced to all the different elements of grooming in such a way as to establish an enduringly positive relationship with grooming.Nicole treats each of her furry clients with such patience, warmth and gentleness that they often fall asleep mid-groom! Nicole takes her time to tailor the groom to each individual puppy, making sure they leave her fabulous retro caravan looking smartly elegant and smelling beautiful. I also love the little personal touches with the adorable ribbons and bow ties she sends each little charge home with. Nicole is friendly, welcoming and efficient; she responds promptly to enquirers and manages all aspects of Sudzwoofer with the utmost professionalism and care. Toby loves going to visit Nicole so much that he showers her in licks and treats her to lots of happy tail wags each time he sees her. I can’t recommend Nicole and Sudzwoofer more highly, I am enormously grateful to have found her and know that my little puppy is always in the safest and most caring of hands.

Nicole is fantastic! She does a great job with our little shi tzu who is very scared of water. Nicole also gives great advice to help care for our dogs skin condition. Highly recommend!
