We had a great stay for two nights in early March. The accommodation was perfect with lovelly home touches. The communication fantastic, this was our first time to the Hunter and loved their recommendations. We accidently left some items of clothing drying on a tree and Suzi washed and posted the clothes to us. This was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here for a romantic getaway.

We had a beautiful stay - the property exceeded our expectations and Suzie & Ken were very accommodating and lovely. The added touch of champagne to celebrate a birthday was totally unexpected and very appreciated. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

From the time we arrived the hosts Ken & Suzie were so helpful and friendly.We stayed in the one bedroom cottage it was absolutely adorable. We watched the sunset and rise from our veranda.It was so private and the views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back. This place is so central to all the wineries.

Beautiful property which exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Stunning views, from our private & cozy cottage. The little wood burner was a welcome addition. Ken and Suzie are doing an outstanding job.

Quiet weekend away, so peaceful at this Retreat, wonderful views of the Broken back Range Mountains. Excellent location to recharge. We lit the fireplace in the evenings, which was prepared for us ( very thoughtful of Ken and Suzie, most kind . Thank you )..romantic indeed.

We loved our previous visits to Berenbell but then Covid stopped us from going anywhere!!It was so wonderful to return this week and enjoy a lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing time in one of our favourite regions inNSW.Ken and Suzie welcomed us and as usual had another excellent restaurant recommendation.The property was looking beautiful ( in drought last visit) and bird life abounded. Friendly wallabies and roos gave us the eye then continued grazing. The magnificent view of theBrokenback range is unsurpassed in this regionBerenbell really is a retreat and we know our next visit will be soon.

Beautiful cottages, gorgeous views and lovely hosts. Couldn't recommend enough as the perfect getaway; we loved how much there was to do, so close to our accommodation. We can't wait to return.

Best stay ever at the Hunter Valley, we were met by Suzie and Ken and they were so friendly and welcoming. We followed Ken on his little buggy to our accommodation to save us having to search for our accommodation and were overwhelmed how beautiful the views were and the cottage was just lovely, clean, homely and had all the amenities needed, Ken and Suzie went above and beyond, in our fridge was lovely big eggs, Pane Di Case Loaf of Bread (yum) muffins, orange juice, a selection of breakfast cereals, 1 litre of milk so much more to mention, I found everything we need for our 2 night stay, sheets were clean and bed was so comfortable, I can not recommend Berenbell Vineyard Retreat enough and I am telling all my family and friends about this hidden gem to share the joy and I am already looking at when I can return to have the same experience all over again. Thank you Ken and Suzie you are amazing :)

We are regulars at Berenbell and we are always welcomed with open arms by Suzie and Ken and Ginger the beautiful dog. We stayed recently in January and it was the most amazing time. This is a rare gem in Pokolbin, the most beautiful property in the most gorgeous part of the Hunter Valley.
