Got a 3 row brass radiator from Aussie Desert Cooler for my XK Falcon after it was overheating. It now sits on 90c on even the hottest days. Very happy with advice, service and price.

The service and communication is very poor. I have been charged twice and still haven’t received my refund, let alone found someone there to help me. I have been very patient and tried everything to sort this out with them to no avail. It’s not my go to leave bad reviews but this really stinks, I’ve had to resort to disputing the transaction through my bank, which will no doubt cost me more money and time. Thanks Norm

I bought a new Aussie Desert Cooler radiator for my turbo 4.8 Patrol and it sorted the overheating issue - very happyA week later the factory fan exploded and ruined the radiator - not happy!I spoke to Norm who hooked me up with a replacement at a very good price - Very happy and great service too!

I’m on my second alloy radiator, the first developed a leak within the first 500km, it was replaced without cost, now around 1500km later the second one has developed a leak around the filler neck. For the price I expected better, I’m not going to bother with a third one, i’ll source another radiator elsewhere.

Very helpful. We dealt with Norm. Had overheating problem and he couldnt have been more helpful. Even offered to have radiator sent back to him at his expense to test it. Just tried so hard to help us out - in the end we took FiTech EFI off and put Street DemonCarby on and solved the problem. Would highly recommend dealing with this business.

Very unhappy - it took 2 months for refund to come back, very unprofessional. Got alloy radiator on Norm's recommendations only for it to overheat within 10 mins of driving. Will not recommend based on service and dishonesty as well as time to get refund back.

After a few issues in the begging, it was finally settle that the unit purchased was as it should be, but not suitable for what i was after. Thanks to Vicki a relatively new member to the team at ADC she was able to organise full refund to me and her professionalism was 2nd to none. She will certainly be an asset to their team.
