I can’t thank Rebecca enough for the most amazing 4 tier wedding cake. After a zoom meeting and talking about my dream wedding cake she exceeded that by far. The amazing lace work she incorporated into 2 of the 4 tiers from a piece of lace from my wedding dress was done with such class and sophistication I was blown away with all the hard work that was put into it. The amazing cascade of flowers that finished off the cake was the added touch to bringing this amazing cake to the next level. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and Rebecca caters to all these needs. I will be recommending Rebecca to everyone I know. I can’t thank Rebecca enough for giving me my wedding dream cake.

Rebecca made the most beautiful cake for my recent wedding- her attention to detail, care and passion for her work was a stand out. The cake itself was delicious, fresh and most importantly, catered to my food allergies- (a rare thing in the baking world!) Rebecca is a lovely soul who is kind and creative and will make your cake dreams a reality- highly recommended!

We ordered our wedding cake from Greenberg & Co Cakes. Rebecca was great to work with.We had a one tier cake and two kitchen cakes. The main cake design was beautiful and exactly what we requested.All the flavours were delicious (lemon cake & passion-fruit ganache, chocolate cake & dark chocolate ganache, chocolate cake & salted caramel ganache).

Rebecca created this beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding. She was so fun and easy to work with and matched the cake florals perfectly to the rest of our decor. Our non-vegan guests were raving about the cake and were fighting over the leftover slices at the end of the night. Now we just need another event as an excuse for another cake! ;) Thank you!

Rebecca created a wonderful fairy themed cake for my daughter. She was prompt in all responses and everything including delivery of the cake was on time. Most important of all, her cake was absolutely delicious. My daughter doesn’t enjoy cakes usually but she was digging into the cake and having seconds. I’m so happy that Rebecca’s company caters for people who have gluten, nut and dairy free allergies. Can’t find many places that creates beautiful cakes let alone one that tastes wonderful whilst catering for everyone’s dietary requirements. You are wonderful Rebecca! Thank you for making my daughter’s party magical and wonderful.

Rebecca was thoroughly delightful to work with to design our perfect wedding cake. As well as seeking a cake that was vegan and gluten free we had some very restrictive dietary requirements that Rebecca navigated with ease. She created a visually stunning and equally delicious two-layer flavour sensation for us. Our wedding guests were mostly non-vegan and we had so many people comment on just how incredible the cake was. The planning process was streamlined and Rebecca’s communication and organisation made this aspect of the wedding planning a bit of a breeze. She and her cake come highly recommended.

Rebecca did an amazing job for my 30th birthday cake. I was torn between two different styles of cake, and so she designed my cake to have elements of both styles. I had no idea what to expect and it was beyond my expectations. She worked with me to create a cake that suited my party theme and colour. She was patient and was happy to answer all the questions I had leading up to the day. Her customer service was stellar! The cake itself tasted amazing. People were surprised that the cake was vegan! It tasted THAT good! I loved that it wasn't overly sweet but still full of flavour and had a beautiful aroma to it. Highly recommend choosing Greenberg and Co Cakes for anyone looking for a cake for their event!

Rebecca creates magic with these cakes. She designed exactly what we had envisioned after a meeting with her and the flavours are absolutely unbelievable. We ordered the red velvet/raspberry ganache and lemon/passionfruit ganache and would order again in a heartbeat!Would recommend these to anyone, regardless of whether they were after a vegan cake or not!
