I found ABIS as a very professional company. The entire process, beginning from issue of quotation to submission of report was very smooth. Hayley from Customer Service was very helpful. Our building Inspector Tony was very thorough and detailed in his report. He was also easily accessible and was able to elaborate on his concerns in 'simple layman's terms'. Excellent service throughout the whole experience, from booking the appointment to promptly receiving the final report. They did our B&P for our house purchase last week - Absolutely incredible, Tony Liessi was early, informative and answered all our questions and generally just did an incredible job. He caught 3 issues that we were able to get covered before going unconditional with our property purchase.Report and delivery were fast and co tent extensive. This review is well overdue as my pre-purchase building and pest inspection was conducted in 2021 by Tony. An active water leak in the master bathroom was missed (with visible water damage). I raised with ABIS (provided photos) and was promised that a manager or the inspector would contact me. Never happened. Poor customer service, in addition to missing the water damage means I would not recommend ABIS.

Tony was great, very thorough, went through everything in detail with me until I understood the issues or potential issues. He informed me of any defaults or potential damage away from the realtor which I felt was good so I get all the info.ABIS in general was very quick and efficient with booking, information and responses.Would definitely recommend ABIS for an easy stress free building and pest inspection.

ABIS were easy and a pleasure to deal with. From completely online form to receive quote, a phone call to ask questions, to inspector on site and follow up phone call the next business day. Abramo was our inspector and he was great! Very thorough, professional, easy to understand and very happy to answer all our questions regarding his findings after reading his report. We are very happy with the quality and extent of the inspection and report. Would use ABIS again and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks Abramo and ABIS! :-)

Tony was early for the inspection and just got started on what he could to not keep us. He was honest and wanted us to understand his comments when getting the report as the report has to highlight everything possible. Tony was a great help in our decision to proceed or walk away before purchasing.

Tony was a very professional, experienced and polite operator who was very thorough in the conduct of our inspection, and timely with his report. The booking/admin staff were very efficient from start to finish, even providing an SMS reminder on top of email confirmation. I would highly recommend the service that ABIS provide and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
