Excellent venue. Bistro staff are friendly and the food is of great quality, especially since the new head chef arrived. Gaming room is a great space and the staff are always up for a chat! That and they offer complementary coffee, soft drinks and food platters which is always a bonus.

Been here a few times now and can only say nice things about the place.The food is delicious and reasonably priced.The is a good range of beer on tap andThey have a great sports bar and lots of screens so you can watch everything.The staff are attentive and friendly. A shout out to Nathalie. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Amazing service, Natalie was very helpful as it was our first time so I had afew questions in the gaming room. Always up for a chat and very approachable. Shes a keeper and a great asset to the pub!

I had butter chicken which I thought was quite nice but a couple of people on the table were not overly happy with their meals. The saffron burnt lime mayo managed to taste like nothing strangely enough. The cheesy garlic bread was fantastic, as were the sweet potato chips with sweet chili mayo. Everyone who had the Parma seemed to be happy with their meals. Was not overly impressed with one of the wait staff but most of them were great. One young lady in particular with glasses - wonderful manner and sad I didn't get her name to give her a shout out. That butter chicken is probably what would bring me back. Just be aware there is a big play area for the kids backing on to the dining area so if you're wearing a hearing aid or can't do food with screaming kids...you might like to ask to be booked in away from that area.

Every food ordered was made to perfection. Such good quality for money, compliments to the chef and the wonderful staff. We had such a lovely birthday dinner last night and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for exquisite food. Their Korean chicken tasted amazing in comparison to Korean places we’ve eaten at. Thank you Phoenix hotel ❤️

Went there for a co-workers send off lunch. I had a chicken parma with salad and chips. Very small salad and parma was ok.....a little over done in my humble opinion. Not too many people having lunch at the time. I live on the other side of Melbourne so probably won't get back there.

Have dined here several times and thought now to leave a review.My experience has always been positive. The food always fresh and yummy. Good portions. All Staff always friendly and helpful but I’d like to give a special mention and thanks to Mel for the consistent Service with a smile. Your personable approach adds warmth to the place - an asset to your team for sure. Thank you
