The attendant could not even force a smile to greet the customers. It was like she didn't want us there. She didn't give me any serviettes even upon request. I understand we have bad days but we don't have to bring everyone down with us.

Absolutely horrible service today by the young girl working. We placed an online order and paid for it and was told our time to collect. turned up to collect - we could see it on the bench. She rudely said too bad wait in line like everyone else.We now have cold horrible subs. Why have an online ordering system if it doesn’t work. will never return with this disgusting service.

Subs are okay, no longer have sundried tomatoes and for some reason my sub price changes every time. Sometimes $13 sometimes $16 sometimes $14 also ridiculously overpriced compared to other subways you can go to and you save about 5 dollars for the same thing.Always seem to be new staff doing wrong things, the main one not heating up the food before putting it into the sub.Also have checked my sub on the subway app and at least that way my sub is always a consistent price and not being overcharged by 3 dollars.

Unfriendly, flustered staff who cant even make eye contact. I’ve been holding off leaving a negative review but after this I’ve had enough.1) Placed online order and added bacon to my order which I didn’t recive so I phoned and asked why it had not been added and the gentleman said he didn’t know what to do to proceed in refunding or comping my next added bacon order lol2) placed an online order and went to collect at the pick up time only to be told by the young lady “ you’ll just need to wait, as you can see I’ve been slammed!” No apology nothing..3) went to collect my order today and the ladies behind the counter were standoffish and could take even look at me when giving me my order, like I was annoying them by just being there lol.I think your staff are scarred and need help, either provide support or proper training on how to be hospitable…

Made my online order that was placed well before arriving at the store after a line of people who arrived after I did. Quite poor service.Do not bother going here. Find anywhere else to go.

We had a great experience at this store on Wed 5th Oct 9.30am. Went with my x 2 girls. The service was oustanding , the male staff member was happy and friendly (sorry didn't get your name), the food was delicious and the store was clean and welcoming.Best Subway we have been in.
