I am so grateful for the help I received here. I was about to depart for an overseas three year trip and needed help with organizing my medications. Sue went over and above to help me, and even called my referrer, and called me back after the pharmacy had closed, to let me know my medications would be available the next morning. I will always remember this! Thank you so much for your kindness, diligent effort, and really doing everything possible to help me. I really appreciate your help. Thank you again!!

I had emailed twice following up a $60 purchase we made in July, which has stopped working. Emails were ignored, so I called to follow up. The lady (I didn’t catch her name, she had an accent), was *extremely* rude and condescending. She said to check the address (the address is clearly on the bank statement I screenshot to her) She even said that my email was a virus?!!! Excuse me? So now I’m $60 down with nothing to show for it, and nothing else can be done? What happened to Customer Service? Appalling.Edited to reply - Regardless of if there is an issue (it is YOUR address on my bank statement, for the **payment** which says “Pascoe Vale Pharmacy” on it- perhaps sort this issue first?!), you were unforgivably rude and disrespectful.To be clear, it is not a screenshot of ‘google maps’- once again, you are being condescending. It’s a screenshot of a withdrawal from my bank, with your pharmacy name and address on it.That is not how you speak to people, let alone a customer.Rather than try solve the problem, you made it worse.

Excellent! Friendly and Helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with, both on the phone and in person! I initially rang to see if I could get 3 'scripts faxed by a G.P. Yes, all good, and I was asked if I wanted to be notified when they came through. The 'scripts were actually sent to my phone instead, a first for me. Sue was great; calming and efficient. I've been a House-sitter for years, my address changing every few weeks. It's not always been easy explaining that to Doctors/Pharmacists. Pascoe Vale Pharmacy on Cumberland Rd, is somewhere I'd go out of my way to return to. Many Thanks!

I recently visited with a prescription for medication that’s rarely carried by pharmacies. Sue went out of her way to order it in for me. It arrived immediately the next day. Sue is always friendly and professional. A wonderful neighbourhood pharmacy run by someone who truly cares for the wellbeing of her customers.

It’s local & friendly, always willing to go that extra step to provide your medications & if they do not have a particular brand they will make sure to get it for next time.
