Extremely poor service! Staffs are rude and very unprofessional. Ignoring the customers (let alone greeting) and walking -past when trying to ask for help. Asked another staff for help, she looks annoyed and impatient. Never buying again!!

This place is worth a 5 stars. It's got everything you need for you and the children can dress ever so cheaply yet it looks like you've shopped at a boutique store they also sell bras from start to finish sizes,socks and jocks and hankies are plenty. They also sell Manchester. Towels ect

Sure, the clothing selection may resemble a thrift store on its worst day, and the elderly section could use a bit of a modern update, but let's not forget the most important aspect – the prices! The kids' section may not have the latest cartoon character t-shirts, but it's a treasure trove for parents looking for practical clothing that can withstand the rigors of childhood play.Overall, B+L may not be the go-to destination for those looking for the hottest fashion trends, but it's a great option for those on a budget. Just don't expect to turn any heads with your outfit choices. But then again, who needs attention when you're saving so much money?

Just as bad as Burnie. Stuff has no quality and prices are expensive for a department store without toys. Staff are horrible also. Definitely won't recommend.

Everything i needed at the right prices. Great staff service. Someone was helpful when i needed a place to rest due to disabilities.

This shop is always clean. Staff are always busy working but are happy to help. Staff are friendly. Good clothing range, especially for school clothing.

It must be awesome being a female shopper, your stuff is ALWAYS at the front of store.Mens section however, couple of shelves/racks at the very back of the store. If you tripped over you'd fall out the fire escape!
