Just useless generally, completely inflexible and unhelpful on all occassions.Called to ensure our order would be ready for pickup when we arrived, and waited around 20 minutes each time.Completely refuse to dispatch orders without received payment, even with payment remittance.Takes over a week after receiving payment to dispatch your order (misallocated payment?)Phone service is unfriendly and unhelpful.

Tried to make an order, webpage was down, called the company and left message, no one called back. Followed up the following day via call, the person who answered the phone said to send an email with order and someone will send me a quote. No quote by the following day, called and left message, no call back. Called after the weekend, left message, no response. Gone to different supplier, don't waste your time here; no conformations, no call backs, no response form the business.

Must order 24 hours in advance now due to new computer system. Can also pay in advance which streamlines everything. Friendly, efficient staff.

Very helpful staff and great with helping identify the correct product for your needs. Also quick and easy to collect once my order was placed.

Deserve absolutely NO Stars! Don't/won't answer the phone or emails when I was trying to get a quote. After many attempts to get someone I went to the depot (half hour drive away) at 2pm (as they close at 3pm) only to be turned away saying staff finish at 2.30pm. The shabbiest service I have ever had anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they were very help full with my small order. Went in chose the product, got quote and purchased and pick them up in the same day.

Absolutely brilliant. Great products, good customer service. Like with most places, covid 19 has caused problems here as well, but none the less, they are always great to deal with !!

I had a bad experience with this company and would not recommend them. I needed to buy 50 clear plastic jars with lids but had to buy the minimum of 196. A little annoying but I understand the need to sell by the carton.The frustrating thing was that the lids on the jars were not water tight. A fact I discovered after the purchase when I was able to test one jar to be sure it would be suitable for my needs. I tested a second jar in case the first was faulty and the second one also did not hold water.I called cospak to ask about a refund and I was told that since two jars had been used, I could not return the other 194. I was told they were all now useless. I didn't understand why because the box of jars was not sealed at the time of purchase, so there was no apparent care for contamination before sale. I had not altered or touched the others. It turned out, that did not matter.Apparently I was naive to assume that jars with lids would be water tight. And that I should have asked for a sample first.I wasn't happy with this situation, i found it ridiculous and unreasonable, so I asked if I could email someone else within the company to discuss it further. I was given the name of the office manager so I wrote a polite email asking to discuss it further. Unfortunately I didn't get a reply to this. I followed up with a second email a week later, no reply. I sent a third follow up, asking I would even get a reply... And true to form, I received no reply.I can understand that companies have policies but if there's not even the courtesy to reply to an email, to discuss a problem with a recent purchase, then they've lost my business. So I wouldn't recommend cospak and won't be buying any products from them again, despite them being a preferred supplier to my work place. There are quite a few other bottle and jar suppliers in Brisbane who will get my business in future.

Pretty useless . Hard to navigate the website, the lady on the phones wants all your information just to get a quote.theres hardly any priceson on the website I got money to spend but just wasted my time even bothering to ring them netalone wait two day to speak with someone..
