Australian Integrated Martial Arts Academy

Training at AIM has been awesome so far, I love that we learn something new every session. Training keeps something in the calendar every week to look forward to and keep my fitness on track, it also makes me feel confident in myself and my abilities. AIM Academy has a great environment where people of any age or skill level can learn and have a lot of fun.

This is a great club, friendly supportive and non judgmental of anyones level at A.I.M, with instructors that know what they’re talking about. Whether you’re an absolute first timer, or have previous training experience and want to branch out or just polish up your skills, they’ve got you covered.For me personally, having trained in various styles for about 10 years, and having a 10 year break from all training then starting again showed me how much I’d actually lost, yet still thought was there; however most importantly it’s rekindled that old passionate fire inside.After about a month of training here I found myself with more energy daily which translates to movement, but as my body started loosening up even more, any body aches and pains start rapidly improving.3 months now I effortlessly bounce up the steps after work looking forward to training, so if anyone was ever curious about giving something like this a go then you’ll regret at least not checking out this club, we’re lucky to have trainers of this caliber in our area so take full advantage of it.

I love this class, have been going for a few months now, you learn something new every class as well as practicing what you learnt from the previous class. It is a great fun way to keep fit and learn how to defend yourself. I'm so glad I found out about this place! Thank you heaps Kacey and Robert.

My family and I are members of Aim Academy which has seen a whole family improvement. Being a member of AIM Academy has given me improvements to my balance, motivation, physical and mental health in just a few short months. Kacey and Rob are fantastic teachers who encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself. It's been a highly enjoyable time doing the warrior women sessions. I highly recommend Australian Integrated Martial arts Academy. Give it a go because you can do it.

I've been doing this for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Its the one thing I look forward to each week. Kacey and Rob are such amazing trainers and they really make you work hard but also make you feel super comfortable. I have gained so much confidence since I've been going and I would recommend signing up or at least come and try it!

Amazing classes, Rob and Kacey really encourage you to be your best. The entire class is incredibly inclusive, it's serious but not above having a laugh with one another. Really helps bring out your confidence, and helps integrate the techniques you learn into real life scenarios. Absolute brilliant classes, would recommend to everyone to try them out!

Rob and Kacey are awesome instructors and make learning about Eskrima fun and attainable for a beginner like myself. The atmosphere is super enjoyable and I look forward to continuing building a skill which will help me in all areas of health and wellbeing. A definite 10 out of 10.
