We needed to rebind a book so the website said they had the gear. Well, not quite. First, the staffie was his first day there. The Boss was out to lunch and, nothing happened. But at least the staffie referred us to another place around the corner. My fault, should've called first.

The lady was warm and helpful, as she asked me to look for something that I need for wood carving (also known as wood cut) , which is Japanese Shina Plywood. Then, she guided me to the section of shelves where the wood blocks kept. Luckily, I got a last one of an A4 size Japanese Shina Plywood. Also, the store presentation was clean, welcoming, and displayed a great variety of printmaking supplies, inks, papers, brushes, and etc. Of course, I would love to come back to there again soon!

Came In for the first time today looking to get into vinyl block prints. Staff gave awesome and honest advice on starting equipment and techniques. Was surprised to look at my receipt when I got home to find they had given me a 10% discount on top of the amazing service.Great to see a local place supporting emerging artists, will be back again.

Many great products in this specialist printmakers store. Customer service is hit and miss. I have been in there a few times when it seems like one of the people who works there has been drinking. That's all cool if they can handle themselves and it doesn't effect the customer service, but if it ups the chances of them being rude to people who wanna buy stuff, well, that just isn't fun for anyone .

What a great art shop! I was in here earlier today after Googling art shops in Melbourne, and I was so impressed with their paper selection. I was in heaven to be honest! But if you do need anything etching/screen printing related, this is the shop to visit. Awesome in-store incentives as well. Definitely worth a look!
