Been coming to this hairdresser's for approximately 5 years. Both hairdresser's are good at what they do, they are professional & friendly. Prices are comparible, if not less than most hairdresser's. I go Thursdays as they have seniors day, much better on my purse strings. Last hairdresser's I went to (5yrs ago) was $18 more than I pay now, (& that was with seniors discount).

Took my daughter for her first 'real' cut, friendly stylist, asked all the right questions (and my daughter is quite shy felt very comfortable), and shes extremely happy with the result. Very reasonably priced too (makes dads happy). Thank you Hair Factor and Lauren!

Best hairdressers in SA! Friendly top professionals in styling, colours, foils etc and always patient with clients no matter how busy going the extra mile to ensure results are just what we want. Receive lots of compliments from family, friends and even local people in shops. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time here. I did a last minute walk in and was happy that we were able to get my hair and daughters haircut.My daughter also got her hair braided which she loved.Lovely hairdresser, friendly and accommodating.Thank you
