Came to get a few things were not aware of the closing time. Instead of being informed in a polite way that they were closing in a few minitues had music start blaring with no announcement which in turn caused our 5 yr old son who has ASD level 3 to have a melt down, was then yelled out to from the front of the isile that they were closed and we needed to leave. I turned around to tell my husband and got screamed at to not take a further step towards him and that I needed to leave now.. absalutly horible and don't suggest any one ever go their if your in the company of neuro diversity. Coles needs to do some basic training in customer service and properly announcing to patrons that they are closing..

Watched an indigenous women walk out with a bag full of stolen goods....staff tried to stop her ...what a joke ...what's it going to be like if the yes vote goes through.....

Pretty much the same as all Coles now when it comes to self service being pushed more than register use but that's to be expected. The majority of staff are helpful.

Amazing service at the self check outs. I was rushing for the ferry and had forgotten to get a replacement gas cylinder for the soda stream and the Coles staff member in this area noticed this. She offered that someone could get me one. This happened faster than lightning, then she helped me lift bags into the trolley and did up the zips. I caught the ferry with minutes to spare - this would not have been possible without their assistance. Much appreciated.

Very large Coles with a group of supporting shops, including a bakery, coffee shop, liquor land, gourmet meats, newsagent, discount chemist and bulk health foods. Good parking with shade sails. Macdonalds are just.in the front plus close to other Strand and North Ward eateries and shops.

Call supermarkets as Street North Ward Townsville. Have you put everything in your trolley yet. Everything you need is under the one roof. Delicatessen metal bakery fresh produce and dry goods. Everything you need to take home with you to have a great holiday or just to live your b boring days at home. Cheers big is

I mostly shop at Coles stores nowadays and I got everything needed which I got a lucky on this visit as over half the stuff I wanted to buy was on sale.It's a reasonable sized store and should meet most people's needs, otherwise it's in a good shopping center so you'll find anything they don't have probably either way in the center.Good sized self serve checkouts and friendly staff are always noticed when they make a effort and they did on the day I visited.Looked like a fairly new store to?Parking was no problem either.
