The store was extremely busy and the poor staff were under the pump .However the servers were working really hard to make sure everyone got what they needed.We had an issue with our coffee order but Tomas really tried to helpWe ended up leaving without our coffee though as waiting over 45 minutes just wasn't worth it

Due to staff shortage this one has lately been on drive through only!! Went twice last week, the first time took over 30 mins, 2nd time the wait was unbelievable over an hour to order and 40+ mins to get the meals, kids slept already in the car after getting in the water! Useless place to go, already some cars took off the queue if they could - guess the language used, of course drivers lost their temper fighting over whose turn is next, reading other reviews seems like nothing hasn’t changed.. if you don’t know how to run a business DON’T, you guys definitely got a problem running this place - I don’t know the ins and outs about you but seriously what happened to me and my family is a disgrace, absolutely an awful experience. Unfair really for the young front line staff who deal with some angry customers, to be honest they are quite polite and apologetic.

Terribly slow, disorganised and inefficient service. Needs clearer signage when & where to order at counter. Had to wait a while for our breakfast order only to discover most of it had been lost" & had to wait longer for items we had paid for to be prepared. Not advised."

Staff were good and worked well together. Restaurant and car park weren't clean. Car park bins couldn't fit anymore rubbish. Cleaning needs to be more proactive.

On the 26/06/2023 i was given the best service ever by a mcDonalds. it was only 2 people working the whole resturant and to find that out only after order quite alot of food. they delivered with above and beyond service. we understood there would be a wait time but that was no problem. all the food was cooked and presented perfectly even with the mountain we ordered. we cannot express our thanks to the staff that did this incredible job!

We ordered one large latte while it wasn’t busy and had to wait in the waiting bay. We usually drive through without with much larger orders without waiting.

i have specifically requested for “FRESH”. i have waited for 15mins+ which was acceptable. but what i got was just cold burgers cold fries. only the drinks & hash brown was ok. bad experience. if u wouldn’t make it fresh for me don’t ask ur customer to wait. i hv worked maccas before i know.

Got 2 cappuccinos this morning,17th June at approximately 8.30am with my man and we both were delighted with our hot beverages.We didn't grab the ladies name who served us, but she was a mature lady who was very pleasant and polite.We will be back ☕️Give her a pay rise, she walks all over those young ones with attitude or who don't even crack a smile for you.Keep that s**t up

I found Restaurant Manager Jennifer to be the most unprofessional, impolite Manager of any business I have ever encountered in my 50 years. She lacked any customer service skills and was completely disrespectful when I simply asked a question. She became extremely defensive without any explanation and I felt so uncomfortable that I immediately left the store without my concern being addressed at all. Absolute bullying behaviour that needs to be followed up by owners. I would not want this person to be the public face of my business

I attend a lot of McDonald’s *coffee is essential to my morning routine* and honestly this morning coming up this way from the other side of Melbourne for a dolphin swim, would had to have been the BEST experience at a Maccas establishment. Was served by a mature man named ‘Adam‘ who I pleasantly saw was a “crew trainer” - I really truely hope he can instill the customer service standards he has to not only this restaurant but all across Melbourne. The store was clean, tidy and incredibly efficient! Well don’t on running a tight crew Adam! Head office get him as a national trainer STAT!!
