Great gym with a great atmosphere, been a regular for nearly 2 years now , Dan is a supportive trainer and works with everyone on any level . Highly recommend giving it a go !

Friendly staff who are accommodating, supportive and encouraging. All levels of experience, or lack thereof, catered for with group or one-on-one classes. Well priced, especially 8 week block. Great merch and welcoming environment. Highly recommend hitting up the team there.

Dan runs a great gym that offers challenging classes with a supportive vibe.The rumble (boxing) and energise (HIIT) classes offer a range of varried workouts that challenge you regardless of your level of fitness and whilst you are challenged the classes don't feel competetive with all participants encouraging each other.I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and membership here.
