I have been seeing Daniel Seaton for a few years. Great myotherapist, always very thorough. I’ve had a troublesome back for a long while, and Daniel always manages to keep it in good shape. Highly recommend the Fitzroy North location. Always on time, and very friendly.

I've been seeing Zoe Denton (physiotherapy) regarding a lower back injury and I highly recommend her. Super knowledgeable and she has really helped me get back on my feet.

I’ve been seeing Katrina Shaw, physio for almost a year now for a neck/shoulder related issues. She is amazing and knows exactly what to do each time and I walk away feeling so much better. Making appointments is super easy online and the team are always welcoming. Would 100% recommend Katrina to anyone experiencing discomfort!

We saw Zoe Denton -physiotherapist at Fitzroy North. Zoe Helped my 15 yr old daughter recover from a knee injury and prep for surgery. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and compassionate. Will be returning post-op! Thanks again Zoe!

I just came in today at 2:15 PM to see one of your physiotherapists and I had to walk out after less than 5 minutes in our consultation.I came in after slipping and dislocating my patella last night and I’ve mentioned to your clinician that I've had a similar incident when I was a kid. Without even assessing my body first, she already jumped on to suggest that I would need to consult with a surgeon for surgery and then mentioning how unsure she was whether or not the patella surgery would be effective since she hasn’t seen one before.I’m just flabbergasted and just deeply upset by the sheer lack of this person’s bedside manners, especially after just disclosing to her that I’ve just had a traumatic experience.From someone whose already in pain and deeply anxious, how do you think would I feel after a clinician whose barely appropriately assessed my situation, immediately suggest seeing a surgeon and getting treatment that she doesn’t even believe works?After this conversation, I just found it incredibly uncomfortable to continue my consult with her, especially with just the way she talked to me.I hope that your clinicians are advised to take a bit more care and sensitivity for their patients and to be more mindful of their language.I was hoping to get my injury assessed and to be given the right tools to support my healing but I ended up leaving anxious, deeply disappointed and stigmatised.Luckily I was able to find a spot from Total Care off Brunswick Rd who’ve just provided me with the complete opposite treatment.After I consulted with them, they’ve given me some exercises to strengthen my VMO and allowed me to go back to the gym again in two days. This a treatment that I was hoping to get from your facility, but have sadly not.I have no intentions of ever returning to your establishment, but I do hope that your clinicians are a lot more emotionally equipped to provide the appropriate care for people just like me in the future.

Visited Premier Sports Medicine as a result of a lower back “twik at the gym”. Katrina listened and took note of my comments and concerns, then she did some bodywork and send me off with advise and a review appointment. After the second appointment I already feel that I’m on the right path to recovery and will be able to resume my training.

Rachel is great, super consultative. Wicked good with needles to relieve back tension and they have a great physio exercises app to keep you engaged (and honest) about how much you are managing to get to your rehab. I am looking forward to trying their clinical Pilates as my back recovers.

First time seeing a physio in a long time. Aditya explains issues and solutions very well, as well as being super friendly. Receptionists also very on the ball and friendly. Great service.
