Stayed here a few years ago and had an awesome time. Revisited recently and found the place almost falling apart, looks over due for some much needed maintenance. There was zero sound proofing in the rooms and being next to such a main road that's super important. The room was a bit dirty and the TV was missing. Fine for a one night stay but anything more wouldn't even a bit too uncomfortable.

We have stayed here several times, and intent to stay there again the next time we visit Melbourne. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The appartements are large, self contained and always clean. The hotel is in a great location and feels more like a home away from home. We look forward to our next stay.

Have been living here as a permanent resident for two years now. The staff are incredible and with a special mention to Mel - an absolute bloody legend!You will be treated with the utmost respect and care. Highly recommend!

Reception is only open 9-5 and after hours keys are in a lock box which doesn’t work. They managed to cancel the backup key card a day early too. The gym is only open when staffed so might as well close it down.Rooms are small as is the 20”tv and the bathrooms too cramped to be functional.They used to do breakfast here but I see that has gone now too.

Staff were excellent and flexible with our recent stay despite the many challenges of their being short staffed due to COVID. Ensured that we and our daughter had all that we needed in her post-op recovery. Recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the hotel is extremely dated, we had very stained carpets and sofas, the decor needed sorting, the smell in the hallways was not pleasant, we was supposed to go back later in our holiday to stay for a few more nights but booked another hotel instead.

Great open space and very clean room; From the minute you walk in it smelt and looked clean. Exceptional room service/cleaning from Kim - Ensured we had everything we needed and cleaned really well. Parking was a problem always full of a night and for $15 that was very disappointing and the front counter was not attended often enough or was late to arrive. Overall would stay here again.

Our stay lasted 6 months due to the storms in June destroying part of our house and we had to be relocated whilst repairs took place. Nathan and Mel were very accommodating making sure we were comfortable and all our needs tended to. They were very professional and friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job servicing our room. Thanks for everything guys.
