My son has started at the gym for the first time, and I wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t say I gave him a push to start..I cannot speak more highly of Luke who is training him. Our son really looks forward to his sessions with Luke, which has completely blown my mind..Thank you Luke, you are already making a big difference in our sons life .

I hated the Plus fitness centers in Sydney but Medowie Plus is great. Lots of space, huge range of equipment, clean facilities, ample parking & friendly staff. Adjoins a sports center so squash, creche & a cafe available with a pool soon opening.

Been a member since it opened.Past year the place has lost its vibe.Cleanliness of facilities isn’t up to scratch.Staff cancel classes often, with no backup classes provided. management need to be present as I have asked to see managers/owners numerous times to be told he isn’t available. For a Plus Fitness shame management don’t take care of members.i won’t be renewing with Plus Fitness again.

Great new facility. Needs a filtered rehydration station. Sorry, tap water is undesirable these days.
