Overpriced. When people pay quality prices, people expect quality 100% of the time.On a couple occassions now customer service has been less than satisfactory.

Went to this place to order a birthday cake and had to make special order for a birthday cakeI picked up on weekend and when got there they were very very rude the staff .I am not happy they didn’t put happy birthday with my name on it when I requested it and very disgusting service I got the impression they couldn’t be bothered to do anythingI had to waste time driving around for someone to fix the mistake they couldn’t do I would not recommend this place Abosutley disgusting service they didn’t even apologise all I wanted was to put happy birthday with my name on itThe picture is how they displayed it on cakeThat’s very unprofessionalWont be going back there ever againPAPAS worst cake company dont go to this place Campsi austral in the deli

Good range of Italian groceries. Great Cakes. Great Smallgoods. Great Butcher. This place is one of the few where you can get real Calabrian Torrone. This is the best of all the Italian regional torrones.

Quality of the produce is good but if you’re stopping in for a few things, you’ll need minimum 30 mins. Terrible and very slow service. Front counter staff roaming around dragging their feet, deli staff always behind the counter but barely serving. You might get a hello but don’t count on it. Don’t pop in during lunch time. Staff are always making tons of sandwiches so you won’t get any service

My go to food store the South West for anything Italian. Especially cannoli, gelato, in-house made salumi, cheese, freshly baked breads, pasta, sauces, oils, passata and salami making equipment.Try their salami, prosciutto and Provalone toasted pannini..... delicious!

Maaaan the day they get an uber eats order right I'll put everything I own on lottery tickets.My wife and I love the food and consistently order from them.Occasionally I take a gamble and order something hoping it'll arrive the way I ordered it......I'm not a good gambler as I seem to lose every time without fail and have to eat something else.Spewing because my wife went in there and got me a sandwich once and it was amazing!It's just the other minimum 10 times that we ordered I was let down.

Edit 25/09/21Went here today to get some nice meat for a little Saturday lockdown BBQ. A lovely butcher, Mattias, cut us some picanha, also known as rump cap - oh my, this was the best meat we have ever cooked on coals. The flank steak was also great. The meat sold here is sensational and we will definitely be back.***********************************************Love this butcher. Hubby is Argentinian and we love to cook asado. I have never had a bad bit of meat from here, and I never have to ask them to cut more as what is on display is always good. The colour of the meat is awesome and when cooked is amazing. A little pricey, but well worth it cos the meat is delicious.
