He always kept me up to date and has a great intuition about prospective buyers and the property market that makes him one of a kind. Highly recommended.

I first found Joe when he helped me successfully sell my property in Balwyn after the apparently ‘best local agent’ in the area failed miserably on many fronts. The 'best agent' experience left me nervous and angry, however Joe restored my faith with his honesty, constant communication and great outcome.Again, Joe and his team surpassed my expectations, when he sold our property this year. It was a serious consideration to enlist the help from an agent outside their area but trusting the integrity, knowledge and connections that I saw and felt from Joe when he sold my home previously, I just had to give it a chance.He and his team have restored my faith that there are reputable real estate agents out there that do the right thing by sellers and buyers.

What can I say about Joe Ben and all the team? First of all before you take any notice of anyone who posted 1 star (really!) do your homework and find out when it, and what happend in that particular circumstance. In a very strong seller's market at the moment the sheer arrogance of other real estate agents was off the scale... Joe Ben and all the crew were absolutely outstanding they went the extra mile with everything... Having been an owner, a renter, a buyer, a seller and worked in the local government of the area I can say without doubt that Stockdale Leggo professionalism customer service and knowledge is unparalleled by others....So much so that I'd trust them to sell or manage a house of mine outside their area.. I wish them all the best for the future they deserve it... And I hope this review calms any doubts you may have about using their services!!!

Firstly i would like to note im not associated withS&LD not as a vendor, buyer or leasee. My opion on this company are not good and my mindset was swayed when i had read a story of how they treated a leasee at a rental property which they were managing on behalf of the landlord/owner. My mind wasn't really made up after reading this persons experience but when I was disgusted by their actions and follow threw. Should I say no one followed up or ever phoned me back. I knew that this company would never gain any business from me. After the fact of 2 and a bit months and no follow up the agency still lie mind you their lying directly to their own client.How confident are you now to place one of your biggest assets on the market with this agency?Their client found out the truth from concerned neighbours and still make their client foot the cleaning bill. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

We rented a property for 6 years with ray white who a few years ago off loaded some rental properties to Stockdale & leggo. The only great thing about it was out property manager Amy Ridgeway came across. We went through approx 6 property managers in 6 years it was difficult residing in an older property and having to explain the horrible bathroom over and over again even though all the details were in the file. We did end up with a new agent last year Lauren who was very professional. The only problem I found, she was very hard to get in contact with and hard at returning calls/ emails. They do do great maintenance inspections and the logging of service calls outs are quick and easy when there are problems in a property. I wish lauren and the her team a happy New year.

I highly recommend Stockdale and Leggo on the Peninsula. Joe has a wealth of experience and knowledge as an Agent and he is a fantastic Auctioneer as well. Joe is warm and personable, very responsive and will go the extra mile. The team have the peninsula covered and great contacts in the area as well as Melbourne. I would use S & L to sell again, rent a property or purchase through, knowing I will get the best deal and outcome possible.

You just couldn’t ask for a more caring team than the staff at Stockdale and Leggo. Joe and Danielle actually answered me on a time when they should not have had too.
