I was in store yesterday and went to purchase an item.Took it up to the register and went to pay and it scanned up a different price to the advertised ticket price.I questioned this with the attendant and she asked me to show her. I did. And she said she had to ask manager.The attitude of the manager was atrocious. She said, “Oh no that’s not the price. Someone’s just put that on it. (It was a large ticket- saying On Sale and the price.) I said, “Oh but that’s the advertised price.” She responded in a very rude manor- basically bad luck. I suggested maybe ensuring that the ticket prices are correct to avoid this.The customer service I received was terrible and I can safely say I wouldn’t recommend this store. And won’t be returning in the future!

Bought a pot and it has holes in it.

You guys are liars. You always have a closing down sale on and yet never close down. Your RRP is a scam. I wish you would close down because your products are chinese rubbish pretending to be high quality japanese and german brands.Even with 80% off you're still getting ripped off buying anything from this store.I'd rather prepare my food with a twig found in my backyard than use your fake damascus low grade chinese steel blades.Terrible store. Terrible buisness. Shame on you.

You shouldn’t be in business if you haven’t realized that cash is an acceptable and legal means of purchasing items.

I normally don't have any strong opinions of stores, but Kieesha who works here couldn't be more helpful and friendly, really made my day
