Treated with nothing but disrespect, 3 months on from handover" and still not honouring the major amount of defects they have left my "brand new" home with. Built with the most poorest quality of workmanship. Absolutely no care for the customer or the standard of their work. Not once has anyone even apologised or offered the slightest bit of care. I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it."

Ishaan Vyas is professional, helpful, and quick to respond. He got a good knowledge about the process of home building. He always answers the phone and replies to mail immediately. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. We are very happy with his service. It has been a good experience working with Dixon homes to build a new home.

Steve is Awesome, his can do attitude makes any building challenge a possibility with ease not by making a big hole in your pocket. I have been to many other builders before I started building with Dixon but did not find any other like Steve; genuine with jolliness. His problem solving ability made me take a couple of friends of mine who were facing challenges from other builders, to him. Both are happily building with Dixon now. Thank you Steve.Keep up the great work you do.

Dixon takes a long term approach to the business and towards its clients. It has been a marvellous experience working with Dixon Homes to build a new house.

We built our home with Dixon and have faced >$20k in outright costs due to their lack of organisation & poor scheduling.They make no attempt to resolve their liabilities, and we have had little or no response to our warranty and damages claims.Their (average) quality of work is not worth the financial risk

Built a house with Dixon homes a year ago. Very happy with quality, timelines, communication, price and warranty. Thomas (sales) explained all the details and upgrade options that were worth getting. There were no defects or delays during the build, and a couple of minor issues (data points) were quickly fixed within the warranty period. Site supervisor Emily promptly assisted with all queries that I had during the process and after handover.Will definitely build with Dixon homes again in future

Steve was fantastic in helping us he has gone above and beyond what most people would do I cannot recommend the team at Dixon Chermside and Steve any more highly. Our process took longer then any of us were expecting thanks to the banks but they not only supported us but made the whole process easy.
