Can't try the flavours, and the service is terrible. Don't bother with the lines, try the gelato across the street and down the road (the great husky bite) the quality, service (and price!) is so much better.

If you have your store runned by 4 teenagers and Aunt Betsy on a sunny long weekend Sunday think again. Girls have no focus, talk to each other, dreaming away, no customer focus with a 50m queue outside. Resume, complete chaos. Ice cream is ok but nothing special, small scoops and way overpriced. If there was any serious competition in town this joint would be out of business in no time.

The Huskisson Ice Cream Parlour is a very popular place to visit for tourists and locals. They are always busy and have a large selection of ice cream flavours to keep everyone happy. I don’t eat dairy so the dairy free sorbet selection was good too. The green Apple and raspberry flavours were delicious. They also have a fridge full of Ben and Jerry’s ice creams. You can also buy drinks and hot freshly made cinnamon donuts. They have Covid safety measures in place and are accessible friendly.

This place is filled with so many rules and notices that it sucks all the charm and joy from the experience. The team are polite if not friendly. The ice cream is neither special nor horrible but probably not worth a return trip.

Originally came here for the ice cream (and it's pretty good, though the scoops are a bit small), but came back the next morning because they have an on-demand donut machine. While the donuts were a bit soft and fell apart easily, they had a really nice buttermilk flavor to them and freshly-fried dough covered in cinnamon sugar is amazing no matter what! Would highly recommend skipping the ice cream and getting the donuts! $1 each, or 6 for $5.

Ice cream is not bad, but service/policies is terrible. They give you tiny scoops of ice-cream and they charge for an extra cardboard spoon that are terrible as they break immediately upon the first scoop. Great location, terrible management. Missing an opportunity to be great by penny pinching.Tip: if you want to be more profitable, just get the girls to ask the customers if they would add toppings for $x. Instead you make the place like a prison camp in policies.

Visited in May 2023 with my young daughters & wife, The young man that was working there was serving a customer, we stood there for about 5 minutes, he never even looked at us once, made my whole family feel unwelcome in the store, I then stood near the donut machine for another 5mins, still no greeting or acknowledgment of existence by the worker, I then politely indicated that I would like 6 donuts so that he could at least get the ball rolling while we continued to wait…. He still completely ignored me, I then thought in my mind WOW…. And continued to still stand there feeling invisible, then he announced to a lady who was waiting outside that her order was ready, he then spoke to me for the first time all whilst making no eye contact but I heard him demand that I move out of the way, he then repeated himself straight away making me feel like I must just be not wanted there at all, I then had enough after close to 15min and told my family let’s leave… my little daughter just wanted a donut & this place was a complete failure of our expectations and I would not recommend anyone visit this store after seeing first hand of how they treat their potential customers… a friend who is a local told me that I should inform the owner of my bad experience although if this shops owner actually cares about their store then they should be reading their reviews as well.

The best hot cinnamon donuts you’ll ever have the pleasure of eating. Way better than Berry Donut van and reasonably priced. Ice cream is delicious too.

Owner was rude and made us feel not welcomed. Passive aggressive rules and signage for example no mint choc chip or cookie dough allowed in a cone despite being the same consistency of all the other ice creams .. however I would recommend the hot donuts.

Was charged $19 for 2 double scoop ice creams. Both scoops equated to half a normal scoop total, the ice cream didn’t even break past the rim of the cup
