Kookai - Mt Lawley

Visited Kookai, in Mount Lawley. The store was well stocked for size and selection and we were assisted by Sophie who was helpful and friendly.

Only worth shopping here for the sales in my opinion.

I would have love to be informed of the return policy, rather than just sliding a credit note on the counter with an accompanying disdainful look.

I am a loyal customer of Kookai but unfortunately yesterday I had a negative in-store experience. The young woman who attended me was obviously in a bad mood. She was lazy in not wanting to show me an item of clothing that I had asked about. She was rude, dismissive and generally unhelpful. And she was a liar. After asking whether there was a spare piece of clothing out the back (the one on the rack was faulty), she assured me that it was the last piece. After going to another store, they were able to inform me that there were in fact several more in the store room at Mount Lawley. For those who read this, whatever your job is, always do your best and treat others as you would like to be treated. If you don’t like your job, which the attendant clearly did not, do yourself and others a favour and find another one.
