First time and last time here... I was late for my appointment and I checked if she had time, she said yes. Apparently this is now her excuse for a poor job. Some nails look good but the inconsistency makes them all look bad, looks like i did them myself. Polish and glue on fingers, said it was 'dry skin'', hello I know what is skin and what isn't skin, the shinny stuff" isn't my skin...I did ask for a 50% refund so I could get some of the nails fixed as one of them looks deformed!! said no refunds and wouldn't accept any responsibility.When you can accept responsibility for a bad job then its not worth trying again. So I wont be back."

No nail prep, nails lifting and not painted properly, no pleasantries on arrival or departure. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return, a waste of $75 as I had to pay to get these fixed elsewhere for my friend's wedding.
