Click & Collect is not 30mins according to your customer service. I went to pick up the order and was told that it wasn't ready and I questioned this because the website said pick up in 30mins then the lady said it could take up to 1hr so I said well it has been 1.5hrs then she said oh...it could be longer???? from 30mins to 1hr then longer???? Interesting when I got there 3 staff assisting 1 customer but they couldn't pick my almost $400 order on time??? Also, this lady not even apologetic.

Friendly and knowledgeable team. Has a huge range of pet supplies. I am amazed at how often an item is in stock locally and l can just click and collect. The prices are very competitive too....especially for members.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I wasn’t happy with a purchase I had made, after a salesgirl assured me it was what I needed, & was treated like an absolute fool by a 20 something supervisor. Told her that I will never shop there again & the supervisor said “fine”. Disgraceful way to treat customers.
