The customer service is exceptional, and they make sure that you feel well taken care of even if you know nothing about cars like me.The staff is incredibly spontaneous and helpful, I was always able to get an appointment within very little wait-time while other workshops would put me on hold for weeks.They also took the time to explain so that you can understand what's going on with your car and worked themselves through a list with issues of our van to make it pass the RWC. Their patience and willingness to help you is truly commendable.Not only is the service top-notch, but the prices are also very reasonable. You won't find a better value for the quality of service you receive anywhere else. We also were worried about our brakes and they checked them and took care of other minor things for free.They have helped us multiple times and overall deserve a 5 rating for their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices, and excellent service. If you want a reliable and trustworthy car workshop that cares about your car as much as you do, this is the place for you!

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. They may try and upsell you with additional services. If I didn't maintain my own vehicles I would definitely give them a shot for minor repairs and servicing.

What a breath of fresh air Aman and the team at Jax is. Found them for tyres for my wife's car a few weeks ago. They picked up that it needed a service, and were able to get that done along with a wheel alignment whilst it was in for tyres. Service pricing was great, and they were efficient and very informative.Back today with my ute and again the service was brilliant. Many motor industry operators could learn a lot from these guys.I am sure their business will thrive as the quality product is matched with quality human attributes.Thank you Aman and team.

If you've got a high performance car take it to JAX Tyres and Auto Clyde. The guys there fitted a new set of tyres on my HSV and car steers and feels great. They were super friendly too!

My steering wheel was out of centre,And steering wheel is shaking while driving and pulling to the left,I called them and explained,they said the car needs a wheel alignment and I took the car to them and and paid , when I went for a drive the steering wheel was good but still not centre and the steering wheel is shaking and pulling to the left, I took the car back to him and after 3 hours he said he has fix the steering wheel and it is not centre again, it is shaking and pulling to the left, I think he get someone inexperienced on the car , I have wasted my time and money

Very happy we found this team to get our cars serviced and repaired. Aman is very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process, his patience with my barrage of questions was appreciated. The guys picked up a major problem with my car which was fixed promptly. Waiting area is super clean with handy charging stations and coffee facilities. 10 stars!

Went here for 4 x new tyres on my Jeep, the team were knowledagble, friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service offered and would certainly recommend
