I got the guys from Elevated electrical to upgrade all our electrical mains to a private pole and do a meter box upgrade. I lost power to my cafe after a storm in the middle of our busiest time of the year. I called Ryan from Elevated Electrical and he was straight on the job. I wanted to ensure I used a reputable and highly experienced Level 2 ASP for this work. Ryan and his team did a brilliant job - professional, on time, completed as described, at a reasonable price. He was friendly and easy to deal with. It can be hard to find tradespeople who are interested enough to quote, let alone answer any more than the most cursory of questions. Ryan took the time to answer many questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and was transparent about the details of the job. I would like to thank Elevated Electrical for saving us on the Monday of the long weekend in October. The electricity supply to our house failed at 2pm. After an internet search I contacted Elevated Electrical who agreed to do the job after I got an ok and job number from Ausgrid. Ausgrid promptly identified a main fuse burnout on the pole supplying power to my house. Ryan from Elevated Electrical arrived an hour after I got the job confirmation. As a level 2 electrician Ryan replaced the fuse holder and fuse on the pole and fully tested my fuse box and connections to the street. Then there was light!!! Installation of private pole, change house from single phase to 3 phase power, renewed meter board, all associated connections.Ryan was helpful, liaised with the seperate electrician doing my fix out, and nothing was an issue.Quote was specic, measurable, and competitive.Once booked in, I was given clear timeframes for work, a week out and the night before work was confirmed.The sparkles were punctual, efficient and kept me informed as required.Compared to other power changeovers I have seen, they did the little things like remove the hangars from the house and silicones up the holes, and cleaned the worksite on completion of the task.
