Watch out for these guys. They swindle money from the elderly pensioners after selling their jewellery.

Be aware...these people are not too b trusted..i left all my mothers jewellery as an estate sale...4months ago...payment was due...never paid too me...smoke and mirrors....not trust worthy

18 months ago I had INCA Gold replace a diamond in my engagement ring that was 28 years old. It took two attempts to get it set and I was never really happy. Last month I was at another jeweller who noticed the stone they replaced was loose again! On inspection it was disovered to be a CUBIC ZIRCONIA! When I returned to INCA they advised it was an honest mistake - but I would have thought ANY jeweller would know the difference! They said that they would replace it - which I hestitantly did - they used a diamond tester to show me it was real this time. But I was still not sure so I took it back to the other jeweller who took one look and advised that the diamond they had put in was chipped and worthless!! SO upset and disappointed. I went back again and they wanted to replace but could not find a matching stone so gave me my money back. I would suggest that anyone who has had a diamond replaced here - gets it tested to confirm that it is. I will not EVER go back.
