Walked in to grab a few things during lunch time on a weekend and couldn't believe how no one seems to care how many people are lining up for self checkouts ?There was probably 5 out of the 10 checkouts operating at the time and the wait time was ridiculous. No baskets on entry available only to find they were all stacked up roof high on the self checkout exit. Not to mention the lack of staff on a weekend during peak hour ? You’ve gotta be kidding me.Store feels very outdated and dull. Will not be shopping here ever again, Coles Chisholm has way better customer service and is actually pleasant to shop at.

The staff are awesome!! Well stocked. I use click & collect service regularly, twice they surprised my family with chocolates just before Xmas and Easter eggs for Easter. As a family with special needs kids, the stresses & struggles- especially around those times, are so hard sometimes. But getting those 2 surprises in our shopping meant so much to us and our kids especially. Thank you to all the staff at Erindale Woolworths, you have nothing but our appreciation & gratitude

Good sized Woollies.Good range of stuff, good access, clean with friendly helpful staff. Public toilets nearby.Located in the middle of the building, it is easy access with good parking and easy access. The centre has good shops and post office.

If I could give less than one star I would. Woolworths has consistently failed with my online orders, their losing streak is currently four orders in a row. Be sure to check your orders or like me you could be charged $17.00 for two (2) Chicken breasts, that were supposed to be on special at $8.50 per kilogram.After 40 years of shopping at Woolworths I think it's time to start shopping elsewhere.

My order had a pickup time of 5-6 pm. I arrived at 5 and got to the front counter where they took my name and order number. Half an hour later got given chocolates for waiting. 5:45, got told it’s coming. 5:50 got told it will be another hour. Wow it took 50 mins to figure out the delay on my order. When asked about why did it so long to let me know they said it’s the corporate people that know and they only do what they get told. Sorry? What? Duh? Needed to go quick in to shop myself and ask them to cancel the order.

Didn't have the wonderful pastry/custard/pecan pie they used to sell (haven't seen them for a long time) very small bread range. Major disappointment, just me personally. Do have other products available that I'm not interested in though.

Some of the products don't last very long probably 3 days maybe 4 i don't like their meat bit tough especially the TBone and rump but that's my taste
