Auto One Mascot

I was more than pleasantly surprised by the interest staff showed in the product I was asking to buy, they gave their opinion on how best to use the product and they were genuinely interested that I should walk out of the store knowledgeable in how to use and confident that I'd made the right choice.

We purchased an Extra Boost battery for $224 that had nil power in it. When we Put it in the car correctly it had no boost.We then called a tow truck and had our car towed to Mazda that went over the car to notify us that the new battery purchased had nil power in it, suggesting it may have been placed on the shelf sometime ago therefore having nil power.If the battery had power in it , the situation would have stopped then, BUT$175 towing, $224 Battery $288 Mazda.Thanks Autone keep life in your batteries.

I went to AutoOne Mascot to have my battery checked. The older guy behind the counter said they can’t do it because I bought the battery somewhere else. “It’s like you’ve bought something from Woolies and seek refund from Coles” he said. Obviously, he didn’t know the warranty claims for Supercharge batteries can be done through any authorized dealer. In fact, there’s a banner from Supercharge stated the condition for warranty claim in front of his counter desk.After he consulted with his manager, he asked me to bring to battery to the counter for him to check. “I’m a sales, not a service person” was the reason he gave. Alright, at least make sure you got the right battery before I bring it in. Not surprisingly, no stock in store, even though the online chat staff confirmed few hours ago that there’s 1 battery in stock at Mascot.This staff was lazy, rude, unhelpful and definitely not knowledgeable of his job. This is a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend shopping here. The staff deserve my first 1 star rating on Google.

I went into the store hoping for some expert advice on how to use RTV silicone to repair a small oil leak on my rocker cover gasket. I tried explaining the job to the staff member but he was not particularly interested. I will just buy online next time and find a better price

I went into the Mascot Auto One , yesterday ( Sun 30th Oct 22 ).I found the product I was looking for but there was no Price Label above it.I proceeded to go to the older guy behind the counter and when I asked him to check the price he said that there should be a label at the shelf.When I asked him if he knew whether it would fit my type Of vehicle he said that they don’t do measurements.There were no other customers in the shop and now I know why.I found this staff member to be lazy, unhelpful and definitely not knowledgeable of friendly.There are other car shops in the area and I certainly won’t be coming back to this one.

Went into the store the other day for some oil. Wasn’t sure what was best so asked for help from a young guy named Darren. He was very knowledgeable and guided me to the right one. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend.

yesterday was here, after get my chicken roll from next shop randomly walk in to get wiper, i ask how to change my wiper as Inever done it before and the Staff very helpfull, they are do it for me .you are Champions guys !! highly recomended

Excellent service. Price match and sometimes can get a few dollars off products. It may not be much but it always makes you feel good when they charge you less than what the actual price is advertised.
