Her skill and strength was contstant Excellent equipment. I felt like I was laying on a cloud! Then the massage on top of that was the silver lining! A great person for someone who has chronic pain. Professional and the surroundings were tranquil and beautiful.

I was suffering from tight and stiff shoulders and constant headaches from a previous injury. I saw Barb and after 2 to 3 visits she was able to completely relieve my headaches and my shoulders are much better now, I hardly have any pain or stiffness. She really knows her stuff and gave me some exercises and ideas that I can do for myself to self manage the issue. Well worth a visit AAAAA+++++

I have had many a remedial massage. I really enjoy them and know the benefits. This is one of the first times I gained more benefit without excessive painful massaging. Can absolutely recommend Barbara Forbes. Fantastic technic and skill set.

My wife Denise and I have lived throughout Australia, in Cairns, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, and in various suburbs of Adelaide and have always been regulars for remedial massage. Since moving to Goolwa we have tried a couple of options and have now settled with Barbara Forbes as our masseuse. We find her professionalism, and manner and the ambience of the location highly suitable to our requirements and rate Barbara very highly amongst all the remedial massage providers we have tried. First time at Barbara Forbes. Bad back, unable to bend. After giving information and history had a full body massage with some back stretching. Felt so much better with much less pain and able to bend. Will go back and would recommend. Lovely lady.

I came to see barb while on vacation here for a few days. I had severe neck and lower back pain, and woke up today with no pain! Wow! Thank you barb for understanding my issues and fixing them. Also thank you for showing me simple exercises I can do at home with a foam roller. You are a lifesaver!
