SpeedFit Osborne Park

I have been attending speedfit Osborne Park for 11 months and can not believe the changes in my body and fitness in a short space of time with just one class a week. Tolga in particular always gives great sessions and motivates us, even on days when your just not feeling it.

Great way to get quick exercise that makes you sweat and you sure do feel those muscles. Highly recommend.The venue is high standard and state of the art. You get a pre drink of electrolyte’s and an after drink of protein.The trainers are all hilarious and full of great knowledge.

Loving my sessions with Raph and Matt at SpeedFit Osborne Park! 20 minutes once a week for a hardcore training session. I can even bring my 2 year old along with me. Everyone should give it a try!

I am in my 60's and after tearing the cartilage in both knees in separate incidents doing bootcamp style exercising, I was looking for a way to put less strain on my joints. I was introduced to SpeedFit 10 months ago and have been attending a weekly session ever since. I am very happy with the benefits that I am getting from SpeedFit. All the trainers are wonderful. My regular trainer Enrica helped prepare me for a recent walking holiday (England's Coast 2 Coast walk). Although going from a desk job to walking 8 hours a day, I didn't experience any muscle soreness or injury. I attribute this to the benefits of SpeedFit. For 20 minutes a session, the results are amazing.

Definitely enjoy doing my workout here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely worth a try if you don't like the gym and don't have a lot of time!

With a busy lifestyle, a dislike of gyms and not enough time in the day, Speedfit has been a great way to stay in shape without investing hours working out. Speedfit Strength is great for muscle tone, and Raph keeps the sessions interesting and dynamic so I dont feel bored. Highly recommend SpeedFit and Raph - now to focus on the diet alongside SpeedFit and results will be even better!

Raph is an amazing trainer, I've lost 8 kilos and my back pain has completely gone. I'm sleeping better and can't thank Raph from Speedfit enough.

This is honestly such a great and quick workout! Perfect for busy schedules!! Looking forward to it every week! Even if I'm not once I'm there its really thorough work on all of your muscles. Feels awesome afterwards and really feel like I've accomplished something good!! Such friendly and encouraging staff at Osborne Park too.

An absolute rip off. They do not understand the duty of care to their customers. As soon as you’ve signed up into a plan/trial thus paid them money, there’s no follow up.I contacted them to cancel my appointment due to feeling sick/sore and they never got back to me. Because well, they’ve got nothing to lose since I had already paid.Good luck to those who subscribe to long term lock in plans with them.Subscribing to a more serious branch or provider is definitely the way to go.

Tolga the trainer is fantastic One can tell he is professional and interested in helping clients succeed in goals .
