Very helpful and friendly. Had a hearing test followed up with an appointment with the audiologist. Vini undertook a very thorough test. In my particular circumstance hearing aids were not recommended but he gave me some “sound” advice that would help my situation. If I need hearing aids later in life I will be coming back.
