I have been a client of Sam’s for over two years year. When I first met Sam, I was in the progress of losing weight started by my previous PT. Sam was able to continue to help reach my goal weight and set a new goal of increasing my running speed. Sam is very good at listening to goals you wish to reach and designs sessions to help achieve these goals.The sessions are designed around my goals and are different each time. I have had sessions ranging from cable weights, free weights, cardio, aerobic, core, stretching and boxing. Sam is a very good judge of determining what your body is capable of or what your mind believes it is capable of; he will either push you an extra little bit in the session or sneakily add weights when having a friendly chat.I often feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of each session along with sore muscles, which are always ready for the start of the next session. Sam offers good advice and ideas in regard to diet, I have found that being honest with Sam and yourself is very important to help achieving your goals.During the years with Sam, I have noticed improvements in reduced fat, muscle tone and definition, core strength and endurance. My running speeds have also increased greatly and have removed approximately 10 minutes of a 10-kilometre run. My wife has also noticed and is appreciative of the change in my muscle definition.I would recommend Sam to any family or friends who are interested in seeking personal training, and my wife is also a client of Sam’s. Sam is very helpful and friendly and will work together with you to obtain your health and fitness goals.

I first started PT with Sam a little over 3 years ago and have been going to Small Group for just over a year. When I first started training with Sam my goals were to lose weight and be confident with myself. Since training regularly with Sam, I have lost 6 kilos and have maintained my weight and improved my overall strength and cardiovascular fitness. I have more energy and have gained a lot of confidence. Sam pushes me to push myself to my limits and constantly improve. Sam makes his workouts fun and challenging. He genuinely cares about his clients and makes time for them it’s not just a job to him it’s his passion.

I recently finished the four-week online accountability, training and coaching program with Sam and can't rate it highly enough. It was like having a PT in my pocket, complete with well-rounded workouts, daily check-ins, detailed dietary critique, tips and ideas (always in a fun, light-hearted way). He takes the time to really listen to your fitness goals and it shows. I'm blown away by the difference in not only my fitness and waistline but also my energy levels and productivity, far beyond what I expected for just four weeks. Thank you again!!

I have been training with Vitalita health and fitness for 6 months now with my trainer Sam.When I started my goal was to gain more endurance ,loose weight and gain 6 pack abs.Sam has been fantastic in tailoring my workout to my needs.His sessions does not finish at gym in 45 min.He keeps a track of my nutrition and general health too.I have to send him photos of my food intake and wine intake.I have been able to reduce my bad habits to a great deal in last 6 months.Sam has been very professional ,he knows every muscle in the body, trust me ,he will make you feel every bit of it with his transformative workouts.I have been told that I look more lean ,fitter ,slimmer face, more shape .I even feel more tone in my body, more shape and form appearing .I have more energy.I am super proud to be able to push myself ,reduce my wine intake and feeling overall healthier. Getting in shape was always a dream.I am getting closer to it .I highly recommend Sam to anyone who lacks motivation and want tailored approach to their fitness and overall wellness goals ,a trainer that bugs you to send food pics..trust me it helps with reducing unwanted food and drink intake.Get smashing for 2022 with Vitalita health .

I have been training with Sam for just over a year. I enjoy his holistic approach to health and fitness. He goes the extra mile with available phone support outside of our session times. He always kept the PT sessions varied so I didn't get bored doing the same exercises. He was flexible with times which worked well with my schedule. My main goal was to improve my fitness level and nutrition. I now have a completely different lifestyle with a regular exercise routine and healthier eating habits.

Sam is a patient and cheerful PT who builds up your confidence to get stronger. He is encouraging and positive. If you’ve ever been to a gym or PT where you felt ashamed of not being fitter or stronger, you won’t get that with Sam. He is positively delightful to work with.

Have loved working with my PT Rachel. She has been so helpful to both my physical and mental health while recuperating from illness. She has been flexible, and supportive. Her workouts are adapted to my level of wellness each week. The online support is also really valuable. A great company to work with.

I have been training with Sam for about 1.5 years now and really enjoying my experience so far! The main issue for me has been my previously very low fitness and equally low motivation, and he's been excellent at helping me work through both at a steady pace that's still challenging but not overwhelming. Sam always has excellently tailored manageable workouts and a friendly smile even as I complain my way through!I also attend the weekly group training sessions with Rachael which has also been fantastic. She is very skilled at coming up with fun ways to keep us motivated and help everyone get something out of it, even with our varying fitness levels - and of course it's always better to work out as a small team!

I have been lucky enough to be guided by Vitalita Health and Fitness Journey for about 7 years. I have trained with Sam at a gym, park or at our home and he has always been encouraging, realistic and very relevant. I have also taken pilates and yoga classes with Georgina, who is an absolute natural. My experience of Rachel at group fitness classes is also excellent. This group of health professionals are true champions for a healthy lifestyle for mind and body, they know how and when to push but also realistic that life is a sometimes about having a slice of cake or a glass of wine, moderation.
