These guys are life savers!! Our hard drive died, fried, gone... the end...up in a puff of bad Electical smell along with a black screen! We thought that’s is it! All our data was gone! A basic computer repairer said it was beyond him and a Data recovery company might be a better option... he recommended a few who were going to charge thousands $ for this service! A family member recommended Niyi from this Brookwater office after a positive experience and outcome and I am soooo glad we went here!! Niyi was a miracle worker! Within 24 hours he had recovered ALL our data and it was only a fraction of the cost of other data recovery companies! Prompt and efficient service. Recovered data even though another data recovery company claimed that the hard drive is damaged too badly to be recovered. Also did not charge for initial assessments or parts unlike other companies. Price was very reasonable considering the damage to the hard drive. Had originally sent my water damaged Samsung Galaxy S9 mobile to another place which wasn't able to recover the data and instead damaged the mobile further. Then I sent it in to Reboot and they were amazing. Niyi communicated with me the whole time letting me know what was going on and what they were doing. They were able to recovery all my data at a reasonable price and saved me precious photos that I had thought I had lost forever.
