There is not enough stars to rate how great this business is. Not only are they true artisans, doing precise, elegant, beautiful work, but their knowledge of tiling and what works and doesn't goes to a whole new level. They give great advice and have now tiled our whole house over time. They also run a great business, with excellent, reliable communication, turning up and calling when they say they will. They really care about their work, clients and reputation, cleaning up well and being very considerate to their clients' needs. I cannot praise them highly enough!

We have just recently had our outdoor tiles upgraded on our balcony for high textured 600x600 porcelain tiles. Our balcony was pooling water and leaking because it wasn’t sealed properly from the previous tiling job. Bahram and his team completely solved the whole issue by resealing and sloping the tiles. I cannot believe the level of detailing from the mitre cuts to the edging of the corners.. I would like to highly recommend and endorse the crew for their attention to detail , the level of expertise, professionalism and customer service throughout the whole process. Thankyou to Bahram and the team at Express Tiling, who did a fantastic job in completing the tiling process of our balcony and for a great looking balcony.

I used them for my bathroom tiling and the team very fantastic. They spent time in doing little details right, we love their work. Express Tiling took on the difficult job of carefully demolishing and re-tiling our townhouse’s two bathrooms, which had been botched by the original tiler. Bahram is a good communicator, and very easy to deal with. His team were extremely neat and tidy, and they did a meticulous and thorough job. They take obvious pride in their work, and it shows. We’d definitely use Express Tiling again, and recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

I couldn't recommend Bahram and his team highly enough. I had three different flooring specialists come to assess my site, with all of them saying it would be a very difficult process and extremely costly and I would be best to completely abandon the idea of having tiles. Bahram and his team came to assess my site and said it would be no problem, and they could have it all complete in under a weeks turnaround, even despite my difficult location on Swanston St amongst the rail works! The whole process was completely seamless and trouble free, despite the circumstances. They took care of everything, and left the site completely spotless. The quality of the job is infallible, and better than anything I could've imagined. Bahram and his team were considerate, flexible and easy to work with from start to finish. Thank you SO much Bahram, I couldn't be happier with my new floor!

The team from Express Tiling did an excellent job of resealing and retiling my apartment balcony, which had been leaking onto the ceiling below for many years.   I really appreciated their attention to detail and suggestions on how best to get a great looking finished job, with the tiles I had selected.  Bahram suggested some additional measures that I could take to make sure water doesn't get in around my wooden balcony doors.   The guys also completed a last minute request to regrout my shower and bath, which now looks brand new again!Bahram and his team took care of my polished wooden floors and kept things clean and tidy as they completed the work, while carrying materials and tools up and down two flights of stairs.Bahram is a good communicator, he kept me very well informed as the work progressed and the work was completed in a timely manner.  It's great to deal with a company that understands good customer service.I will definitely use Express Tiling again and have no hesitation in recommending their work.  Thanks guys!
