Very friendly hosts Alana and Iain, with a large room and excellent facilities. The outdoor area is superb with a covered over area to sit in and enjoy the beautiful gardens and the view over the Tamar River.

Just booked in....what a lovely modern/ clean/comfortable and homely unit.Everything is supplied....Port and chocolates ( though 4 left would have been better than 3 , NO fighting then.Coffee pod machine...loads of food for breakfast and even a washing machine..Huge bed and fluffy white towels..Extremely reasonable especially with the late check out..really worth your stay ..you will not be disappointed

Wonderful B&B with delightful hosts Alana and Iain. Beautiful views of the Tamar river from the property and gardens to relax in. Take a few days as there is plenty to see in the area.
