Been to heaps of different laser clinics & unfortunately this was my worst experience. The therapist was very abrupt & didn’t talk me through the process & it was very different to every other Laser Clinics that I have been to. Felt uncomfortable throughout the whole treatment

The staff are always professional & polite! Everyone has always conducted the treatments to a high standard. Recently I had Madi look after me and she was just a delight! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Laser Clinics Australia - Sunshine Plaza

I always go to LCA Sunshine Plaza for my skin treatments. I love how microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and cosmetic grade peeling makes my skin glow, smooth and exfoliated. I'm a regular customer since 2018.

This place is a little mixed with my review. I have had many visits with many different experiences. Some good, some not so good.The girls here are quite pleasant however, they sometimes seem to rush with the actual treatment itself. The pricing is reasonable. And if I could offer a suggestion... screens in the rooms. Just to give some privacy when the door is opened. On my most recent visit, there is a new member of staff (a young man) and he was fantastic, very informative, attentive and is up there in regards to one of the best treatments I have had at this store.Overall though, I will be back...

I have been doing laser hair removal here for over a year and the results from the treatment as well as the staff are amazing! I have also had some skin treatments here which have helped in reducing my acne scarring and clear up my skin.

Always fantastic service here, never had a bad experience. IPL is amazing also, highly recommended.

Booked a consultation, attended and said which area and what problem I wanna get fixed. I was told they would book an appointment to do a aqua treatment to deep clean…..and then they will discuss what plan is suitable for me. So went there the other day, seems no one actually know I wanna do laser pigmentation removal treatment. Until I said it again, and was told the therapist who specially in pigmentation was not there. So need to book another day again. Staff are nice and friendly, but I am disappointed about why I need to go for 3 times to found out what should I do? why I booked the consultation? Why I booked the aqua treatment? The lady wrote down pigment on the consultation form but no one check? Or what?2star is for the friendly staff. But I don’t think I wanna visit this clinic again.

Have been coming here for six years to see Anna. Today I change my mind about this place. I just spoke to a young lady on the phone. She was so rude it wasn't funny. Her name was Bec and she says that she was new to the clinic.I was honestly so unimpressed with how she spoke. Absolutely disgusting service, before this, I was very happy with this clinic and had been a repeat customer for many years (More than 5) but i've decided I'm not being spoken to like that. A couple of my friends think the same thing about this clinic but ive never had a problem until today. Shame on you Bec.
