Had an i30N on hold and was sold to a different person this morning. Can't trust the management team there as they steal sales from their own employees

Depending how the staff feel on the day is the type of service you'll receive. Also- Don't let them wash your car. After a scheduled service on a Kona 1.6T we got it back with swirl scratch marks all over the car. Thankfully the GM had dealt with it immediately by getting it cut and polish.... which did not eliminate the swirl marks and left it permanently scratched. If you care about your car, I'd definitely would go down the hill to another Hyundai dealership

Sales side of things were amazing - the servicing have been a nightmare. First time I went in and they didn’t do half the things I paid for, just had my second service done and both times they didn’t vacuum the car or anything extra that I’ve received when using any other Hyundai service centre. Will not be returning again.

Really slow not much interest in getting it out on time $480 for a service not even vacuumed or washed

I cannot speak more highly of this Hyundai dealership and their team. I have had the most professional, ethical and genuine experience. Ben was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and he handed me onto Jake who was flexible, offered me clear information and supported me through the purchase of my Kona. Darryl did everything he could to ensure I was receiving the best quality service and product and I felt supported and respected by all staff (including Susan, the Delivery Coordinator). From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Superb customer service and one very happy customer.

Fabulous experience. The sales representative, James Davies was superb - I could not have asked for better, other than at some stages in the lead up to delivery, I had to chase him for an update; although every time I left a message for him he would get back to me pretty quickly. I would have, however, had liked an update from Maughan Thiem that I didn't have to prompt. But otherwise, I cannot speak highly enough of James.
