Very bad customer service .will not go there again

I have been using this station for years with no issues. Went in to refuel around 8pm and received very rude customer service from Sanjai. He definitely needs some training on how to treat customers politely.I normally receive great customer service from the many BPs I frequent, this experience has made me reconsider using this BP.

We buy all our fuel here and normally good service BUT... sat 26th march 6.30pm.I went in to pick up a TNT parcel delivered there as they are a depo and had the most rude and unhelpful staff member I have come across anywhere for a long time. Eventually found my package and wouldn't release it to me until she asked my phone number and txtme a PIN. And I had to read it back to them. Unbelievable... And yes, I had plenty of ID and all the documents from TNT that she refused to look at.

today is 25/02 i was there at 6:00 am , i just parked my car behind of other car, i just entered shop and one of the lady ( with galsses) start screamin YOU CANT PARK YOUR CAR THERE!! wooww she was so lucky because of gender!! i have been using this station almost 11 years regularly and never again!!!! she was rude and you dont want to see that face in the morning…

I was served by a girl named Leiseli and she was the sweetest person ever. One of the customers was rude to her, but she didn’t let it stop her from being super sweet and kind to me. She honestly deserves a reward or something!

Their air and water unit is never in order, always sign up out of order" and always a karen behind the counter. Normally BP staff is good but this servo staff is outrageous."

Charmaine on the phone was so nice in helping me with my Uber eats order. When I was on the phone with her, I heard her talking to another Uber driver to get his insulated bag for the food so the ice cream doesn’t melt. I know now my pies will come hot! Thanks heaps Charmaine!

I had the worst customer service in this petrol station. I have abused by the old blond lady and been shouted at. I was just trying to pay for my fuel. I urge the owner of the Cannington BP petrol station to have a look at the camera 05/12/21 16:23pm and observe the attitude of this lady and validate the reason for this review. She defiantly have some mental or emotional issues. She is not safe to serve customers. I work in retail myself and such attitude is not acceptable. People come to the store and spend their money to be treated well, not to be abused, treated with racism and in front of our children. My child run to the car because she was scared from the lady voice. When i asked for my receipt of payment, the lady scrunched the paper and gave it. I will never shop at that petrol station and urge owner to ensure staff have proper training and have a performance review for people safety.

One of the worst customer service amongst all BP Fuel stations. I've been going to this place for years as it's my local servo. The lady working here is extremely rude and should be given lessons on customer service. I thought it was just one day but after several interactions I can definately say she is never in a mood to serve. You are a great example of how NOT to serve people. I'll not be returning back to this place and would recommend people not to go here either.
